In other news, I will attend The Good Life Show in Cape Town! I remember how spectacular the event was last year, and I am so excited to have the chance to experience it again – and share it all with you. It is regarded as the ‘first and only event in South Africa to embrace all the new ways of living’.

What are these ‘new ways of living’? The Good Life Show is all for people interested in becoming healthier and living sustainably and eco-consciously. Naturally, innovation is needed to break the mo(u)ld, and this event is THE place to meet all kinds of people who bring new and exciting ideas to the table.

Take the numerous food experts, chefs and gastronomical geniuses at The Good Life Show. They will be presenting live cooking demos and some exclusive masterclasses.
