Excitement is rising for the famous cult classic, The Addams Family Musical! Its FIRST run in South Africa begins at the beloved Homecoming Centre (previously called the Fugard Theatre) in Cape Town from December 14th, 2024.

The Addams Family Musical, presented by Mother City Theatre Productions, is a story of self-discovery, love, family, and the universal truth of yearning to be seen and understood. It is a beautiful celebration of being authentically yourself!

This heartwarming story about identity vs. tradition is brought to life through the collision of the eccentric Addams clan (led by Gomez and Morticia Addams) and the seemingly normal Beineke family.

The synopsis says that the Addams Family Musical “illustrates how both families make sacrifices in the quest for a sense of belonging and acceptance.”
