South Africans woke up to a “new” government today. It’s new in the sense that the 2024 general election results were announced last night, but an old-standing party has won the majority again.

I hope that the next four years are going to be prosperous and successful for all South Africans 🇿🇦🧡

The Good Life Show

One of the highlights of my 2024 will be this Cape Town event. It focused on promoting healthy living through sustainability. Farms that ethically support its workers. Food products with minimal ingredients. Finding a balance within our bodies and the environment.

We met so many passionate people who are going above and beyond to make sustainable living a reality for everyone.

Being healthy can be expensive. But this convention taught me that health does not mean buying an on-trend ingredient or one that will break the bank. It’s about being creative with the common (and underrated) vegetables and fruits in our homes.
